At the time the US President Donald Trump declared publicly his recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, his administration claim it would take several years to actually move the American embassy there.  But what is recently coming from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is a different plan altogether. After the US vetoed a UN Security Council resolution condemning President Donald Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital, the nations of the world vowed to take the matter to the broader General Assembly, where there are no vetoes. On Tuesday morning North Korea fired a missile over northern Japan, a move that the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe called an "unprecented" threat to his country. The missile, launched early on Tuesday Korean time, flew over Hokkaido island before crashing into the sea. The UN Security Council is expected to hold an emergency meeting in response. North Korea has conducted a flurry of missile tests recently, but this is the first time it has fired what is thought to be a ballistic weapon over Japan. On the two previous occasions its rockets crossed Japan - in 1998 and 2009 - North Korea said they were for satellite launch vehicles, not weapons.
