A Tanzanian Church Expreinced Tragedy, Her Members Drowned While Being Baptized In River
Psalm 132:9 KJV
"Let thy priests be clothed with righteousness; and let thy saints shout for joy."
You can't claim that your church is of the Holy Spirit and God himself would allow a new convert soul to disappear while in the process of baptism.
Isaiah 33:15-16 KJV
"He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; [16] He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure."
A church movement that heaven does not back up is prone to suffer shame, reproach and attack from the kingdom of darkness.
A church in Tanzania while in the process of baptizing some converts suffered great loss of two of their members, they were drowned in the river near Rombo in the north of the country.
Tanzania police have detained the pastor of the church for further interrogation and investigation.
The current of the River Ungwasi was high and said to have overwhelmed the two victims a police spokesman has told the BBC.
BBC's reporter said it is not clear how the pastor and other worshippers managed to survive. They are all members of a local church named, Shalom, which is part of the Charismatic Christian.
Pastors should watch out for righteousness. When the pastors or the foundation of the church is faulty or stained with sin, things like this go wrong. Always pray for God to reveal the foundation of your church.
Psalm 37:39-40 KJV
"But the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord : he is their strength in the time of trouble. [40] And the Lord shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him."
