Why Ipod Agitation And Igbos Are Much Hated In Nigeria.

I was born Igbo from Igbo parents. I was also born in Lagos but if you see me, you wouldn't know I am Igbo, you will mistake me for a yoruba man because I speak yoruba fluently and I am used to yoruba way of life. 

I grew up in ladilak, Bariga part of Lagos state and I also schooled in Lagos. All my youthful life has been in Lagos. Although I sometimes travel to my village in the east.

Some people or even some Nigerians who doesn't know the reason why igbos are much hated in Nigeria , do ask this question, "why are Igbos hated so much in Nigeria"?

Actually, to be Frank with you. The place you can mostly live in and have peace of mind is in the east. Do you know why, because majority of Igbos are Christians and very Liberal and in a place where you have majority as Christians, one always get some sense of relaxation and peace while living with them.

Likewise if you go to countries where majority are Christians and their government practice the same religion, you will have that peaceful environment. Its not just rocket science, that's just the fact. Look at other Christian nations or States like America and Europe you will always get that peace among them.

Now, Majority of Igbos being Christians is like a torment to majority of the northern Muslims. They hate Christians with passion to the extent that, if they have the opportunity to get rid of them, they would do it. Igbos being industrious or hard working is not the problem of the Northern Muslims, the problem is the religion of the majority of the Igbos which is Christianity is a bug pronlem to them and not only that, Igbos doesn't accept any idoelogy hook line and sinker, they are deep thinkers and very inquisitve. Has it been the igbos were muslims, the high rate of hatred over the igbos wouldn't be much.

Another thing about the igbos is that they hardly get converted to any other religion because they always believe in their tradition and they love freedom and without being controlled by any form of law or the other. Its either majority of Igbos are Christians or they are inclined to their traditions. I am not saying they don't have Igbos who practice other religions. 

The Northern Muslims want a situation whereby they would be able to penetrate the South East and occupy their lands, towns and villages and have total control over the Igbos but they have not been finding it that easy. They want the South East to be like Kwara, and some other western States where they came in using the advantage of Islamic religion to cunningly penetrate the South West.

If you think the Biafran war was just based on political reason, then you got it wrong, it is more religious than you think, that is why the northern Muslims were able to win the west where Islam is also striving to fight along with them against the Igbos during te Biafran war.  It is a battle between a Christian States and a Muslim States. You may be looking at it and say it is because we are Nigeria, you got it wrong as well. In every country where you have many Christians and Muslims, it is always a battle.

Remember what happened in Trkey, whereby it was majorly occupied by Christians back then, and then the Muslims penetrate and got rid of the Christians and what do we have today? Turkey now is called Muslim country. If you are doubting, then you will need to google it.

At the present, or even in the future, this battle won't be over until the northern and the Southern Nigeria split, then we can start having a bit of peace and maybe safety. But for now, as long as we still have one Nigeria, the northern Muslims would keep trying everything to subdue every Christian States in Nigeria.

Why this would continue is because of what mohammed, the Islamic founder commanded in Qur'an for all Muslims to execute and it must be done whether we believe it or not. 

Qur'an:9:5 "Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using everys tratagem of war."

Qur'an:9:112 "The Believers fight in Allah's Cause, they slay and are slain, kill and are killed."

Qur'an:9:29 "Fight those who do not believe until they all surrender, paying the protective tax in submission." 

Ishaq:325 "Muslims, fight in Allah's Cause. Stand firm and you will prosper. Help the Prophet, obey him, give him your allegiance, and your eligion will be victorious."

Qur'an:8:39 "Fight them until all opposition ends and all submit to Allah."

If you are yet to come to terms with this write up, then you must be living in your dream world. Sometimes we all love peace to rain through out all Nigeria but unfortunately, I don't see how it would be as long they have that Islamic mentality of the Arab Muslims that mohammed established, we would continue in our cat and eat relationship. Like someone describe Islam in his term:
