A Catholic Priest In Akwa Ibom Resigns from Priesthood And Declare He is Free

This so amazing. Maybe it has been happening long before now. But I have not heard of it before. 

Reports just flying round the air is that Popular Akwa Ibom Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr. Patrick Henry Edet has resigned from Priesthood and left the Catholic Church.

We got the information that he submitted his resignation letter on 31st July, 2017 through an announcement made on Planet FM Uyo

What is surprising is that he claimed that he is so happy to resign and that he is free.

Am beginning to wonder, was he under bondage before now. Well, as for me, if am a Catholic priest, I would be in a happy mood as well. Because I can bear living in this world without a wife and children.

Now I see the reason he claimed to be happy and free. Get a wife my friend and children. Good decision.
