End Time: Pastors Allowing Comedians In The Church To Boost Offering And Increase Members

Jude 1:17-19 KJV

"But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; [18] How that they told you there should be MOCKERS in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. [19] These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit."

Every now and then, many pastors are beginning to go by what the world wants and need. They are bending to the needs of the world rather than that of God. The fear of God is no more in the hearts of pastors and believers in christ Jesus. 

In this our generation, we have been witnessing so many anomalies in the church. Anything goes these days in churches; all because of money and to get more members thus, more offering and tithes for their own selfish gains and pleasure. 

Many a times on the radio, television, Internet and with the use of banners and hand bills...we have seen quite a handful of Comedians and pastors organizing programmes in the churches. And this programmes is all about cracking jokes and making all the members in the churches to "laugh off their sorrows and pains." But can laughter take away ones sorrow? What happens to salvation in Jesus then? What happens to the Holy Spirit then? The unfortunate thing is that we all have falling for it. We have Forgetten the prophecy in the Bible that speaks about the coming of mockers in the last days. And mockers are also jesters or Comedians. 

2 Peter 2:12 KJV

"But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption..."

Have we forgotten the fact that one of the greatest tool of the devil is to undermine the truth and the efficacy of God's judgment by making mockery of God's Word and his commandment, thereby making us to think that God is an unserious God.....that heaven is by chance...that hell fire is just a fluke.

Have we now quickly forgotten how Adam And Eve lost the glory of God which brought terrible bondage upon man till now? Or have we forgotten that the troubles, pain, sorrow, sicknesses, diseases, wars, disasters etc we are experiencing today is caused by the simple mistake that Adam and Eve made in the garden of Eden. Yes, it was a very simple mistake but with eternal consequences. 

Now look at the way we are beginning to deviate from the foundation that Jesus christ and His desciples laid for us. We are messing things up and we think that God is happy for what we are doing in the church. 

Have we forgotten so easily what Jesus did to money changers, gamblers, and buyers and sellers in the synagogue in the Bible days; how He used Cain to turn all their tables and destroyed all their businesses? Oh to what direction are we headed? Who is leading us and our pastors.....is it the holy spirit or the seducing spirits of demons. 

Mark 11:15-17 KJV

"And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves; [16] And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple. [17] And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves."

Can the Holy Spirit entertain such evil of allowing Comedians in the Church? Not only are they just comedians as many might see them but they are  hell-openings for infiltration of demons in disguise. When a church will allow comedians in the church to make the members feel happy and joyful, it means the Holy Spirit has departed from such churches and pastors. Therefore such places are not fit to be called churches or gathering of Christians rather they should be called the gathering of unbelievers. 

We can only find mockers (comedians) in the hotels, ungodly gatherings. They are the sets of people that the Bible says they have no Spirit of God in them. "These be they who separate themselves, sensual, HAVING NOT THE SPIRIT." Jude 1:19</>. The spirit of the devil is inside of them. They are enemies of the gospel and of Christ Jesus. They make mockery of heaven; the make hell fire looks unreal and they make the fear of God in peoples heart diminish and vanish entirely. 

God is not a joker. Did we ever read in the Bible that Jesus was a joker or that He made jest of God's Word? Never! He was so serious through out His sojourn on earth. Jesus was mindful of God's will and purpose for mankind. Even the devil was so serious in bringing Him (Jesus) down. But because He was mindful and very serious about doing God's will, He succeeded in dying for us sinners in other to liberate us from Satan's captivity and of God's judgment. Therefore is that what we should joke about or allow Comedians to make mockery of Christ death and resurrection? God forbid! 

What of the disciples? Just take a look at the history of their demise. They suffered much in hunger, affliction, persecution, pain, circumstances behind their control. They wept, they were imprisoned, tortured, and they died for the cause of the gospel. What are talking about here and you call that a joke? We have forgotten that Satan and demons and his agents of darkness hate us and they want us to perish?

Jude 1:10-13 KJV

"But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves. [11] Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. [12] These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; [13] Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever."

Comedians or mockers does not speak good of heaven. They make up lies against heaven, God, Jesus and His judgment. Don't allow such to take hold on you. Move away from such unserious and heaven-rejected churches and pastors, they are enemies of the gospel of Christ Jesus. 

Ephesians 5:3-7 KJV

"But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; [4] Neither filthiness, nor FOOLISH-TALKING , nor JESTING, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. [5] For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. [6] Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. [7] Be not ye therefore partakers with them."

Revelation 3:3 KJV

"Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee."
