California extended smoking age from 18 to 21

When I read about the new legislation on smoking age in California, from 18 to 20, I just frowned. Thanks to CNN

It's so unfortunate that in this present world that we live, mostly this generation. Evil has become a norm. Virtually everyone sees evil as good but the same evil is what is killing humanity. The most annoying part of it is that the same people that are doing this evil, they encourage them by recognising them in the society and giving them national or international awards.

Please I stand to be corrected, is there anything good in smoking? I see nothing good in it but a silent killer. Yes smoking is a silent killer. This is something the medical doctor classified as the "young killer." When advertising it on TV commercial, their last warning message is, "smokers are liable to die young, tobacco smoking is dangerous to health. That is the truth, exactly what it does; It kills.

Now that they have extended the year at which someone can start smoking, it shows that they are still encouraging it thus, they love to see people die. Imagine young boys and girls beginning to smoke at such an age? They will do it with confidence seeing that it is legal. Then what would the parents do? It would even lead to them craving for hard drugs etc.

Below is a quote from Senator Ed Hernandez who claimed the law will "save countless of lives."

"[These laws] will save countless lives, reduce astronomical costs to the health care system, and cost very little because it uses existing enforcement mechanisms," said Senator Ed Hernandez, who authored the bill to raise the age of tobacco products. "Today was an enormous victory for not only this generation, but also for many generations to come who will not suffer the deadly impacts of tobacco."
We have read and have been educated on the absolute truth that smoking affect the liver, heart, lungs, eyes and sometimes causes cancer, so what's the point. Is it not something that needed to be striked out?

Anyhow, you need to know smoking cigarettes is dangerous to you as well as people around you and there are many disadvantages of smoking. Like affecting your lungs, all organs of the body can be affected by cigarette smoking." Newhealthadvisor

So I have come to realise that men are the ones killing themselves and afflicting themselves with sickness and diseases.
